These terms apply to all orders placed on this website. By placing an order you accept them.
2. Products
We sell padel rackets made to order with the design, material and options you choose in our online designer. The design ideas shown on the website are starting points and are not sold as they are. Images and 3D previews are illustrations; small differences in colour, texture and weight are possible because rackets are hand-made.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in the currency of the language you browse in: US dollars (English), euro (Deutsch), Hungarian forint (Magyar) or Romanian lei (Română). The order is charged in the currency shown at checkout. All prices include VAT. The price shown in the designer and in the cart is the final price, delivery included.
4. Ordering and the contract
After you place an order you receive an automatic confirmation. The contract is concluded when we confirm the order and send you the proof of your design. If your artwork cannot be printed well (for example low resolution), we contact you before production.
5. Your artwork
You confirm that you own or have permission to use all texts, logos and images you upload, and that they do not infringe the rights of others or break the law. We may refuse designs that are offensive, unlawful or that use third-party trademarks without permission. You keep all rights to your artwork; you allow us to use it only to produce your order and, with your separate consent, to show it as an example.
6. Payment
You pay by card (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay) through our payment processor Stripe, in the currency shown at checkout. Orders in lei can also be paid by bank transfer. Because each racket is produced for you, payment is due in full before production starts.

8. Withdrawal, returns and guarantee
See Returns & warranty. All rackets are made to order to the specifications chosen in the designer and are excluded from the right of withdrawal under Article 16 letter (c) of GEO 34/2014. All products benefit from the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity.
9. Liability
We are not liable for damage caused by improper use of the product. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Personal data
We process your personal data as described in the Privacy policy.
11. Complaints and disputes
Please contact us first at info@forjapadel.com; we reply within 3 working days. You can also contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC, anpc.ro) or use alternative dispute resolution (ANPC – SAL). Romanian law applies.
