1. Made to order
Every racket is produced after you approve the proof of your design. The racket is then shipped to you by courier, with tracking.
2. Delivery time
The estimated total delivery time is 1–3 weeks from your approval of the proof. We keep you updated by e-mail and send the tracking number when the parcel leaves our warehouse. If delivery is delayed beyond 30 days from the date we agreed, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund.
3. Delivery area and cost
We deliver to all countries of the European Union. Delivery is included in the price. Import duties and customs formalities are handled by us.
4. Receiving your parcel
Please check the parcel in front of the courier. If it is visibly damaged, note it on the delivery document and contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can claim it with the carrier. This does not limit your legal rights.
