Can I really order just one racket?
Yes. Every racket is made to order, so one is fine. The print setup is paid once per design, which is why a second racket with the same design costs less.
How long does it take?
Your racket goes into production after you approve the proof, then it is shipped to you. Plan for 1–3 weeks from your approval of the proof.
How can I pay?
By card (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay) through Stripe, in the currency shown on the site: US dollars, euro, forint or lei. Orders in lei can also be paid by bank transfer. The payment is secure; we never see your card details.
Why does the number of colours change the price?
The decal printer charges a setup per colour. It is capped, so a full-colour photo costs the same as five colours. Metallic foil (gold, silver, laser) is a separate effect.
Which shape should I choose?
Round for control and a big sweet spot, teardrop as an all-rounder, diamond for power if you attack a lot. If you are unsure, round is the safe choice.
What do 3K, 12K, 18K and 24K mean?
It is the number of carbon filaments per bundle in the weave. Higher numbers give a stiffer face: more power, less comfort. Fibreglass is the softest and most forgiving.
Can I use my club or company logo?
Yes, upload it in the designer. You must own the rights to any logo or image you use. We may refuse designs that infringe someone else’s trademark.
Can you design it for me?
Yes. Choose “Design it for me” in the designer, describe your idea and attach references. Our designer sends you a proof.
Can I return a custom racket?
Because it is made to your specification, a custom racket cannot be returned for a change of mind. Every racket is covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity for defects. See Returns & warranty.
