We make padel rackets to order, one at a time, with your design on them.
Why we started
Most rackets in a club look the same. We wanted ours to say who we are: a name on the frame, club colours, a logo on the butt cap. Custom rackets used to mean minimum orders of 50 pieces, so we built a way to order just one.
How your racket is made
Your racket is moulded in a specialist padel racket factory. The face is laid up by hand in the carbon or fibreglass you choose, around an EVA foam core, then printed with your artwork using water-transfer decals, finished matte or glossy, drilled and quality-checked.
- 18 factory molds: round, teardrop, diamond and hybrid heads, each with its own throat (the opening where the head meets the handle), all 38 mm thick and 46.5 cm long.
- Six face materials: fibreglass, full carbon, 3K, 12K, 18K and 24K carbon.
- Three EVA hardnesses: 15° soft, 17° medium and 21° hard, in black or white foam.
A proof before anything is made
After you order, we check your artwork for print quality and e-mail you a proof. Production starts only after you approve it.
